【張博亭、郭美瑜╱台北報導】一名15歲少年日前覺得肛門癢、長出肉芽，他不以為意，後來排便時會痛與流血才就醫，醫師發現其肛門內、外竟長滿20多顆菜花，少年才坦承2個月前參與轟趴時，曾與陌生男子發生危險性行為。
收治病例的開業皮膚科醫師趙昭明昨表示，這名少年是自行就診，確診染菜花後，他指當時是參與一個約20人的轟趴，期間曾與一名年約30歲男子發生性行為，返家後約一個月肛門開始會癢、長出肉芽與流血才就醫。趙為他安排液化氮冷凍治療，但少年之後就沒回診。
治療需半年到一年
趙昭明說他幾乎每周都會收治菜花病例，多半是男性，詢問病史後發現約5成都自述曾參與轟趴，轟趴儼然成為國內最大的「菜」園。菜花治療約需半年到一年不等，且可能復發。
因該少年未成年且與人發生性行為，北市家暴暨性侵害防治中心副主任王惠宜說，依《性侵害犯罪防治法》醫護人員收治疑似被性侵個案，需向縣市家暴暨性侵害防治中心通報，但未通報也無罰責。趙昭明說，先前並未通報該名個案，會去了解是否需補通報。
